Exchanges

Please be sure before you buy.  I gladly accept exchanges!

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Masks

• Embroidered items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Items on sale

 

Conditions of Return

**Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item is not in the unused, original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

 

**Please pack and seal your return securely.

**There are no refunds or returns on customized made pieces.

**There are no refunds or returns on embroidered pieces.

**There are no refunds or returns on digital downloads.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the item listing, waistbeads have a flat fee shipping policy for anywhere in the U.S of $5.00 and we ship via USPS. Order should arrive within 7-10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If you would like to purchase insurance this can be added at additional USPS prices.
