Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
**Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be issued, not including shipping charges, when we receive the item in the unused, original condition, accompanied by your receipt.
**Please pack and seal your return securely.
**There are no refunds or returns on customized made pieces.
**There are no refunds or returns on digital downloads.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated in the item listing, waistbeads have a flat fee shipping policy for anywhere in the U.S of $4.00 and we ship via USPS. Order should arrive within 5-10 business days.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If you would like to purchase insurance this can be added at additional USPS prices.
