Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns and there are no refunds. Please be sure before you buy.

However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated in the item listing, waistbeads have a flat fee shipping policy for anywhere in the U.S of $5.00 and we ship via USPS. Order should arrive within 7-10 business days.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If you would like to purchase insurance this can be added at additional USPS prices.
